What We Do
The first thing we like do is gain an
understand of the organization's culture through a cross sectional
survey. Discuss with management the various organizational
systems and alignments. Then do a gap analysis of where the
organization is and where they
would like to be. We present possible solutions and ask what they
want us to do and what they may do themselves or have another provider
supply.
When a company already has done the pre
work, we use that information to present training or team development
targeting the developmental needs of the organization.
