I don't know who said it but I love the quote:

 not because we see the light,
but because we feel the heat."

Our goal in change is helping people thrive in change and improve the organization in all of it's areas  (customer and employee relations, financial etc).

If you have not built resilience in your organization during change, you have probably lowered your capacity for the next inevitable change.  Bringing your people to a state of resilience is what this training is all about.  One must never forget that it is people that implement change and people that deal with chaos.

In three days we will lead your change leaders through the
traditional issues:
  • “Establish a Sense of Urgency.” 
  • “Form a Powerful Guiding Coalition”
  • “Create a Vision” etc.
We will also tie in the people issues:
  • Resilience - it’s importance and development.
  • Communication - the messages that are needed for successful change.
  • Psychological issues - breaking with the past – Leaps, disengaging, closure, and grieving.
  • Participation – peers, leaders, and rewards
  • Resistance – paradigms, positive, and understanding
  • “Cookbook” - steps for change.
  • Strategic focus – vision, critical success factors, and values.
Training includes several analysis tools and experiential learning methods to gain insight and hands on experience.
